Selecting a coach or mentor for your emotional well-being journey is a crucial decision, requiring a profound connection with someone who comprehends your struggles intimately.

Here’s a snapshot of my journey: A challenging childhood marked by sensitivity, shyness, and uncertainty led to self-isolation as a defense against teasing and rejection. Transitioning into adulthood, fear and anxiety became constant companions, impacting social interactions and self-esteem.

Starting my own business sparked a 20-year journey of self-empowerment, involving extensive reading, meditation, and the confrontation of anxieties. In 2007, I discovered Lester Levenson, ushering in a transformative approach centered around releasing emotions. “The Presence Process” by Michael Brown further propelled me into this transformative journey, and the power of letting go became evident, especially during my father’s passing.

Over time, others noticed a palpable sense of peace in my presence, and I experienced a heightened connection with people. Transitioning away from my business, I dedicated myself to sharing these transformative tools. This venture took me onto stages, into other businesses, and connected me with like-minded individuals striving to make a positive impact.
